Standard Fees:

50-minute counseling sessions are $175.

80-minute counseling sessions are $280. The first session is usually 80-minutes, as we’ll go over your history and lay out a plan for therapy. We can

Using Insurance for Counseling:

I have tried to use insurance and found it harrowing and infuriating. I do not accept insurance. If you’re unable to pay the full fee, I encourage you to request a sliding-scale fee instead.

I have had an insurance company tell me months into seeing a client that they were denying all claims, and they were caused by work-related issues. The kicker? The client was in middle school. (I just accepted the financial loss, as my job is to heal trauma, not cause it.)
